Regency Events Ltd have been providing marquees and equipment for the islands outdoor events and shows since 1994. Operating exclusively in Guernsey, Jersey and the smaller Channel Islands, we have a unique understanding of the needs of our local annual island outdoor events and shows.

Over the years we have supplied equipment for agricultural shows, Floral Guernsey, culinary and car shows, etc. Marquee services for sporting events from the Island Games to local football, rugby, tennis and cricket matches and tournaments. Sailing regattas, powerboat racing, show jumping, off road driving, religious and music festivals; to name a few of the hundreds of events that Regency provide event services support. In fact, there is very little that takes place locally in Guernsey without or involvement.

When planning for outdoor events or shows, we have a large selection of modern clear span aluminium frame pavilion marquees, traditional marquees, a big top marquee and our Pavilion 2000 range.

Our total stock of marquees and pavilions are over 67,000 square feet. Regency Events Ltd are capable of supplying the largest shows held in Guernsey, Jersey and the islands with a near 150% safety margin of surplus equipment.

With our range of modern aluminium frame pavilions, some of the smaller outdoor events no longer need to be a seasonable affair. We are providing marquee hire earlier in the spring and later in the autumn. Our climate is changing and our modern frame pavilions can have wooden floors, opening doors and ducted heating systems.

Our customers and event organisers require a fast, efficient service with a minimum number of local suppliers or sub contractors and at the best price. Apart from the catering, Regency can provide all our customers outdoor event needs in Guernsey including furniture hire, full electrical installations with lighting and mobile generators, outdoor stage hire, small public address systems and mobile toilets, etc.

We are pleased to provide equipment for visiting outdoor events and shows in the islands and we have dealt with many UK event organisers and UK companies direct or via Visit Guernsey and the Tourist Board.

Diesel Powered Ducted Heating

For off season and shoulder month Guernsey outdoor events, we will keep the public warm and cosy with our diesel powered marquee heating which provide a gentle flow of ducted warm air into the marquee.

Special FREE offer: All outdoor events from the 1st September until the 31st of May where the client is spending more than £1,000 on hire equipment will receive FREE marquee heaters for one tent with no hire charge (You just pay for the diesel fuel).
